Come celebrate the holidays with your favorite band the Beauty Scene Outlaws as they ring in the new year with loads of rock and roll high-jinks! There will be plenty of booze and presents for all who attend.

Autumn in Halifax is the quiet guitar and voice of New York native David Merulla. Interspersed with delicate instrumentals that also include keyboards and singing saw he tells cinematic stories of birds, avalanches, water, hearts and silence with a haunting mixture of tradition and sometimes experimental aesthetic.

Beauty Scene Outlaws are pop stars with a strong desire for tasty foods.

The Metropolis Underground is the performance space below the Metropolis Book Shoppe. There is a mandatory sliding donation of $3.00 to $5.00 and you must get your hand stamped in the store before entering the performance space. There will be a refreshment bar and there is a 20% discount in the book store for all who attend. The festivities begin at 7:30PM.

This is a VIP Party for attendees of the 2005 B-Movie Film Festival at the newly renovated Eastwood Palace Theater but I believe everyone is welcome.

Apologies to the "La Familiade la Salsa/Baila Tango/Havanna Nights" dance class we are displacing. Feel free to come and dance the Salsa anyway.

We are planning a CD release when we're done but we have a hard enough time naming our "songs" let alone a CD. If you have any suggestions please let us know. Mike has offered to make a set of BSO sock puppets for the person who comes up with the best title! How's that for an incentive?!

We are currently leaning towards "You're Soaking In It"
but that could change if YOU come up with something brilliant...
